摘要： 所述空間遙感器反射鏡的工作溫度為18±15℃，要求反射鏡在此復(fù)雜工況條件下滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求。介紹了反射鏡材料和支撐結(jié)構(gòu)材料的選擇；對(duì)反射鏡的支撐方式、輕量化等方面進(jìn)行了分析討論；根據(jù)反射鏡柔性支撐結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)原理，采用CAD/CAE 工程軟件進(jìn)行了分析及優(yōu)化，通過有限元法優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)了一種反射鏡中心支撐的柔性結(jié)構(gòu)，在此溫度變化范圍內(nèi)，反射鏡面形誤差變化量PV值小于λ /10、RMS 值小于λ /40（λ=632.8 nm）。zui后，通過力學(xué)環(huán)境實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試反射鏡面形變化量和反射鏡組件模擬件的動(dòng)態(tài)特性，證明該結(jié)構(gòu)滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求。

Abstract: The working temperature of space remote sensor reflector is 18 ±15 ℃ in this article, and
the reflector in the complex working condition needs to meet the design requirements. The choices of the reflector materials and the supporting structure materials were introduced. The supporting way and the lightweight structure of the reflector and so on were discussed. According to the design principles of the flexible supporting structure of the reflector and using CAD/CAE engineering software for analysis and optimization, a kind of reflector flexible structure of centre support was designed by means of finite element method （FEM）. Surface deformation less than λ /10 （PV） and λ /40 （RMS） （λ =632.8 nm）in this temperature range. Finally, the changes of reflector surface deformation and the dynamic characteristic of reflector component simulators were tested by the mechanical environment test. The conclusion is proved that the structure of the reflector meets the demand of the optical design.

0 引言
隨著空間遙感事業(yè)的發(fā)展，空間遙感器的應(yīng)用越來越廣泛，同時(shí)也對(duì)遙感器的成像質(zhì)量提出更高的要
求。由于反射鏡的微小變形都會(huì)影響遙感器的成像質(zhì)量，因此，反射鏡的支撐技術(shù)成為研制空間光學(xué)遙感器的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)之一。由于反射鏡是成像系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵部件，它的精度與穩(wěn)定性直接影響成像質(zhì)量，因此，反射鏡的支撐技術(shù)成為工程應(yīng)用的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)之一。此文研究的反射鏡是某型號(hào)空間小型遙感器的主鏡。其外形尺寸為184 mm×153 mm×30 mm， 鏡面面形精度達(dá)到PV≤λ/10，RMS≤λ/40（λ=632.8 nm），環(huán)境溫度為18 ±15℃。反射鏡的支撐要保證反射鏡在同一狀態(tài)下的位置及面形精度的穩(wěn)定性，同時(shí)，要有效減小與其連接的部件因外部環(huán)境變化產(chǎn)生的變形對(duì)鏡面精度的影響。此外，還需要反射鏡具有良好的動(dòng)態(tài)性能，可承受發(fā)射階段產(chǎn)生的沖擊和振動(dòng)。
